About: Made from a mix of Merlot and Cabernet Franc from canes planted in 1999 and grown on clay soil. Fermentation and maceration takes place with whole bunches in large, open wooden barrels for 24 days before the grapes are pressed and stored in 5hL large oak barrels for 36 months.

Full-bodied and spicy wine, with definite but ripe tannins. Great depth and length. Classy wine!
