About Us

Il Buco is a responsible restaurant, founded by Christer Bredgaard in November 2011. We offer a seasonal menu with an Italian inspiration – made with 99% Danish, locally sourced ingredients. Our food is made with thought and love – from the ground up.

La Banchina – our sister venue – is a 14-seat walk-in restaurant and wine bar with an on-site sauna and our own little harbour, which is the place to be in the summer – and all year around. Everything we serve is natural, organic, biodynamic and locally sourced.
