About: After the alcoholic fermentation, a light pressing was carried out and the wine was moved to the underground cellar to age on its lees for two years in its own yeast in large oak barrels from Slavonia (15 -25 hectoliters) for 36 months. It was bottled by gravity without filtration or clarification and without the addition of sulfur dioxide.
