CONDITION OF THE GOODS WHEN RETURNED
The buyer is liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that the buyer must handle the item in the same way as if the buyer were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on, in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if the buyer cancels the purchase, a smaller part - or none - of the purchase amount will be returned. It is up to Il Buco to assess the condition of the goods.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Foodstuffs are not covered by the ordinary 2-year right of complaint.

We do not resell personal information and do not share your personal information with others. They are only registered in our customer register.

You can have your information deleted at any time.

In order for the buyer to enter into an agreement with Il Buco, we need the following information:

We register the buyer's personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to the buyer.

The personal information is registered with Il Buco and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

Il Buco ApS does not provide an independent guarantee for the ordered goods, and the Buyer only obtains the guarantees that the manufacturer issues to the Buyer.
