About: Made from a mix of Tocai Friulano, Sauvignon bianco, Pinot bianco, Verduzzo, all planted back in 1968 and grown on sandy soil mixed with clay and silt. Whole bunches get 6 days of maceration before the wine is stored 'sur lie' for 30 months in closed steel tanks before bottling.
