RW Treottouno: The grapes, harvested exclusively by hand, macerate for only 8 days before ageing in cement tanks.

Le Capannacce: A red wine produced from Grechetto Rosso grapes grown near Lake Bolsena. The grapes undergo a 10-day maceration on the skins, followed by 6 months of aging in concrete tanks.

Barbera D'Alba: Made from 100% Barbera planted in the Roero area, northwest of Barbaresco. The grapes are carefully selected and picked by hand before they are destemmed. Fermentation takes place spontaneously and only with the use of wild yeast.
