Uis Blancis 19: Made from a mix of Tocai Friulano, Sauvignon bianco, Pinot bianco, Verduzzo, all planted back in 1968 and grown on sandy soil mixed with clay and silt. Whole bunches get 6 days of maceration before the wine is stored 'sur lie' for 30 months in closed steel tanks before bottling.

Lustro: The maceration fermentation lasts for a few days, depending on the degree of color intensity you want to give the wine. During the treatment there is no correction or addition of other substances, not even sulfur dioxide.'

Clown Oenologue: The wine is fermented on the skins as alternating layers of whole clusters and de-stemmed grapes for two months in steel, before eight months of ageing in earthenware amphorae.
