Vino Rosato Frizzante: A blend of Aglianico, Primitivo, Piedirosso and Coda di Volpe from Montemarano that spends 24 hours on skins before being pressed off to vat. Think red fruits and blood orange!

Vino Bianco Frizzante: Falanghina from Benevento blended with a little Greco from their vineyards in Montemarano. The grapes were fermented on the skins for four days before being pressed off. Bright, with pronounced acidity.

Bergianti Perfranco: Made from Lambrusco Salamino grapes produced with the method of refermentation in the bottle. It was born in memory of Gianfranco Bergianti's gatherings in the village clubs. Though made with Lambrusco grapes, it is still a white sparkling wine (though with a modest pink blush in the light!).
